How do I submit a bug report?
Another way is to email us at support@answerr.ai. Include the following information:
- Email address of your Answerr account (if different from the sender’s email)
- Web browser type
- Detailed description of the issue (include steps to recreate if known)
- Screenshots or videos (highly appreciated)
Why am I unable to login using the link sent to my email account?
We recommend using a Gmail to log into Answerr, as other email clients may have issues. We are working to improve the login experience.
If you cannot sign in, check the following:
- Check your spam folder.
- Ensure you are using the most recent login link.
- Open the link on the same device you are using Answerr on.
- Verify your email provider is not blocking any links.
- Disable any email scanners.
