If you encounter technical issues such as not being able to see your chats, seeing altered content, or being unable to generate a response, these problems usually resolve within 30 minutes to a few hours.

To ensure optimal performance on your web browser, follow these steps:

  1. Clear browsing data, including cookies and cached images and files
  2. Log out
  3. Restart browser
  4. Log in back to Answerr.ai

How do I submit a bug report?

One way to help us improve our services is to click on the Question mark(?) icon on the Bottom right on your home page and tap on “Help us improve

Another way is to email us at support@answerr.ai. Include the following information:

  • Email address of your Answerr account (if different from the sender’s email)
  • Web browser type
  • Detailed description of the issue (include steps to recreate if known)
  • Screenshots or videos (highly appreciated)

Why am I unable to login using the link sent to my email account?

We recommend using a Gmail to log into Answerr, as other email clients may have issues. We are working to improve the login experience.

If you cannot sign in, check the following:

  1. Check your spam folder.
  2. Ensure you are using the most recent login link.
  3. Open the link on the same device you are using Answerr on.
  4. Verify your email provider is not blocking any links.
  5. Disable any email scanners.

How can I report incorrect or inaccurate answers?

We highly value your feedback. Use the thumbs down response icon to report an answer. Alternatively, send us an email support@answerr.ai or use https://answerr.nolt.io to provide us the feedback

Include the following in your report:

  • URL to the query
  • Description of the error and expected result
  • Examples of issues:
    • Repetitive behavior
    • Loss of context
    • Ignoring prompts
    • Misinformation
    • Outdated information
